Speak your truth. Lies are a tricky and takes more and more covering up. It ‘s easier to speak the truth. Speaking your truth massages your throat chakra and wells up from your inner being. It cleanses your soul if you speak with clarity, honesty and enthusiasm.
Your truth is your truth and is something you are passionate and affectionate about. You can only speak for yourself and from your point of view.
If you find that your truth clashes with someone else’s truth its ok. The points of view from different directions are quite normal to differ but the essence of harmony must be there. To harmonise is to understand that besides the differences we can still find the common grounds to work on.
